Our Charcuterie 1 Classic Collection offers single or double live edge Cherry or Black Walnut boards in a variety of sizes with integrated handles. Cherry is highly valued for its warmth and durability. Its smooth fine grain provides a silky surface and over time develops a deep rich hue. Black Walnut is known for its unique patterns and rich colors. It is loved due to its interesting grain and beauty.
Legacy Collection
Our Charcuterie 1 Legacy Collection offers one of a kind charcuterie board. The wood for these boards is usually Black Walnut and Cherry but at times we have other woods such as Mulberry, Honey Locust, and Apple. During milling, we examine each log to strategically position it prior to cutting to reveal the best grain and shape. Exceptional boards present themselves and these unique boards are what make up the Legacy Collection.
